Vidrine Rural Health Clinic Information 

LeeAnne Ardoin, FNP-BC, was born and raised in the nearby community of Point Blue. She became a Registered Nurse in 2010 and worked in local hospitals for 7 years. In 2017 LeeAnne completed her Master of Science in Nursing and joined the staff of Vidrine Community Clinic as a certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC). Since then, LeeAnne Ardoin has been providing excellent medical care to patients of all ages, with a special emphasis on preventative health measures and minor surgical procedures. She is also a Biote provider and does Botox injections.

LeeAnne still lives in the Point Blue community with her husband and two children. Her hobbies include CrossFit, golf, and attending sporting events. 

Britney Fontenot, PA-C, was born and raised in Ville Platte, LA. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology in 2003 and then attended LSU HSC-Shreveport, where she became a certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) in 2007. Britney joined the staff of Vidrine Community Clinic in 2008 and has provided the full range of family medical care from birth to the golden years, including nursing home visits. She also does CDL physicals, minor surgical procedures, and Genesight testing for mental health issues. Britney is a Biote provider and does Botox injections. 

Britney lives in the Vidrine community with her husband and children and enjoys traveling, exercising, and spending time with her family.
