Dr. Nick LaHaye was born and raised in Vidrine, LA. He attended LSU HSC-Shreveport and received his Doctor of Medicine degree in June of 1996. He completed a Family Medicine residency at University Medical Center- Lafayette in 1999. He then came home to start his medical practice in Mamou, LA. 

In April of 2000 Dr. Nick began seeing patients in the newly opened Vidrine Community Clinic and has built a thriving family practice that includes babies, adolescents, adults, and senior citizens. Dr. Nick takes a personal interest in each of his patients and loves caring for families from the surrounding communities. He treats the full range of medical issues, including diabetes, hypertension, and other chronic health problems. He also specializes in BIOTE pelleting, which is an estrogen/testosterone hormone replacement therapy. 

Dr. Nick lives in the Vidrine community with his wife, where they raised their four children. His hobbies include hunting, fishing, and golf. His favorite pastime is spending time with his children and grandchildren.
